Over time, I became aware of the importance of mental health, and I found an article about nine out of ten Gen Z with diagnosed mental health conditions struggling with anxiety, and nearly 78% are battling depression. That’s why I decided to create a virtual SELF-LOVE & ANTI-DEPRESSION world, inspired by @werenotreallystrangers & @resetnyc.
